STEP#1-SIGN THE NCNCA
When you submit the membership request form on this page, you will soon receive an email containing additional information about the VIP BZB along with a Non-Circumvention and Non-Competition Agreement (NCNCA) that we will need you to sign and return before we proceed. If you need more info on the NCNCA, please see our FAQ page. Simply sign, scan, and email it back to us. The email address is on the form. If you have already submitted this form, there is no need to do it again. We will automatically send you all remaining information regarding your membership including the dues for your review and to discuss with your tax professional.
STEP#2-REVIEW COMPLETE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDING DUES INFO WITH ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES VIA TELEPHONE
Included in the email we send you once you have submitted your NCNCA is a form to schedule a consultation phone call with one of our VIP BZB founders. Since you will now have all of the information regarding the VIP BZB, it is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you or your tax professional may have about the VIP BZB or Belize in general.
STEP#3-COMPLETE VIP BBZ APPLICATION AND SUBMIT MEMBERSHIP DUES
Once you have completed the telephone consultation, you will need to fill out the VIP BZB application which will also be attached to the email we send you once you submit your NCNCA. You will then submit your application to us along with proof of your membership payment. Payment instructions will be included along with the application and can be handled via check or wire transfer. All transactions are in US currency via a US bank so there are no additional fees to worry about.
STEP#4-COMPLETE BELIZE GOVERNMENT FORMS
Once you have submitted your VIP BZB application and membership dues, we will email you the remaining 3) forms required by the Belize government to create your new international limited liability company. They include the international LLC application, a Due Diligence Form (almost identical to the VIP BZB app), and a statement regarding Money Laundering. Submit the forms and the documentation requested within the forms to us and we will create your new international LLC within 3-5 business days and provide you the paperwork. That's it, you are up and running legally.
